These terms describe the current digital-product offer from AI Workflow Manual. They do not create a customer account system or an AI service.

Product and checkout

The product is The Performance Marketer's AI Workflow Manual — Founding Edition, a one-time digital product currently offered at $29. Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad, subject to the terms and policies shown by Gumroad at checkout.

License

After a valid purchase, AI Workflow Manual grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to use the supplied materials for the purchaser's own personal or business work. The materials may be used in the purchaser's professional workflow, including work performed for clients, but the files and their substantive contents may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or posted as a competing library.

What is not included

The product does not include a ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI subscription; AI model access; an AI API; customer authentication; a database; automated campaign management; or done-for-you marketing services.

Professional judgment and outcomes

The Manual provides a method for structuring recurring work. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, platform-policy, or business advice for a particular situation. The purchaser remains responsible for checking inputs, evidence, claims, tracking, permissions, and consequential decisions. No outcome, ROI, revenue increase, conversion increase, or time-saving result is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The product name, editorial content, workflow structures, cards, templates, and related presentation remain the intellectual property of AI Workflow Manual or its licensors. This license does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Support

Support covers delivery issues, file access, and product access questions. Contact support@aiworkflowmanual.com. Support does not include custom campaign strategy, account management, or implementation of a customer's marketing systems.

Refund policy

Changes

If the product, checkout provider, or site data practices change, these terms should be reviewed and updated before the changed service is offered.
